Day 4562
Been having a good WLC, a few bumps in the road here and there, but overall I'm feeling like things are more automatic for me.
The most drastic change for me this year is trying intermittent fasting 16 hours of fast, 8 hour window of eating. Also eliminating snacking. Its working - I'm feeling myself trim down, with a few overboard meals I had the last couple weeks I also feel myself go back up, but a few days later its back to normal.
I would have originally thought this was a terrible idea, but its actually working. Stepping on the scale I'm somewhere between 288-290. My first goal right now is to get to 275. Probably going to take to around my birthday if I really stick to the plan.
