Day 7,542

 Physical went well. 

Current weight 241.6

New goal weight is 200 or just under. Goal by start of school year

I wavered a bit this week with carbs and a couple small granola bars. Doc said some bread ok, I’m going to stay the course.

Mid June will be blood work goal A1C lower than 7.5

Goal is to lose 12-14 pounds between then and now. Would put me in the 220s

Finally over colds and will be back in gym this week. Travel upcoming so more cardio and three weight days this week. Watching junk food on the go.

I did have a glass of red wine and a chocolate chip cookie. I’m beginning to believe reintroducing some foods is a part of going forward. If I can do a two month streak of no wine and chocolate then I will be doing really well.

I must stay focused
