Sitting here over an almost empty pizza box, and there's one small slice left. I could easily eat it. For a few seconds I'd enjoy it, and then all the rest of the day I would remember and ask why did I eat that pizza? Instead I'm showing I have control over it by not having the last slice and it feels amazing!

Day 4,279

Got a nutrabullet and I love it! Still learning through trial and error what are the most tasty recepies, but its great to know I have something to use for juicing and drinking meals on the go - very realistic for me and easy to do when I'm headed out of the house. Plus I love that I have an option for all those veggies that I have been wasting in the past

My weight is 285.6 and I had a great hike this morning. My goal by the time WLC is done (July 15) is to be in the mid-270s.
