Day 1961

Since my last post, its been two years, four months, and two days. Its been 1,961 days since beginning my weight loss journey on August 22, 2005.

Today I swam about 20 laps - 500 yards and ran about 3 miles.

Diet: Breakfast: toaster waffles w/almond butter; snack: jerky, grapes, almonds; dinner: veggie chili & popcorn; snack: toaster waffles. Dessert: dark chocolate

Current weight: 236

My lowest weight was the spring of 2009, circa april 30 - 212 lbs. Difference of 24 pounds.

My goal is to get to 190lbs.
