The day started off perfect and ended in utter catastrophe diet wise. Excersize was good today too, tommorrow is going to be hard also with the swimming and all, im looking forward to it.

By next week, things should be back to normal. Im actually seeing some better definition this week, im excited that improvements have surely been made the past couple weeks.

Music wise, worked on the new west record today, didn't get much practicing in. . .
