Day 565
Less inspiration today unfortunetly, haven't really gotten into my groove with the writing thing . . . . still chopping out this arrangment of pensativa, not sure where exactly its going right now . . . hopefully tommorrow, more with that.
Workout was good today, still around 218-220 range. Had a great breakfast, cereal and cottage cheese followed by a lunch with a mini-pizza, brown rice, and green beans. After lunch, I had a crazy chocolate craving!! had to ignore that one, started nibling on some cereal to get my mind off of it. I must say though, its hard, i almost walked down the street to seven-eleven to get my twix . .. . ahh the tempations. ..
dinner is TBD, but probably pack myself a sandwich and some celery and carrots. hopefully that will be enough to get me through the teaching tonight - a long one, i think i got like 3.5 hours today. . .
