Day 564

Goodness, such progress! This morning, went for a run in the bolsa chica preserve - its so nice out there, really had a great time. Hopped on the scale today and saw a 218! i can't believe it, im back to where i once was - - now i really wanna see some results this week - although my mom is coming to town on thursday, i musn't let her destroy my trajectory!!! hahaha

Tonight, planning on seeing the LAGQ after a gig in san diego, its on my way back up.
