Feeling so great to be home!
Today, I had a great session of cardio (30 min) with some jogging in there, did some free weight lifting, and I'm heading back to the gym at 1:00 so I can get a second workout in today.
Measurements: 49.5" waist at max, 48.5" at standard
Chest: 46"
Neck: 17"
weight: TBD on Feb 13.
I'm going to wait to step on the scale until Feb 13- I want to make some progress the next few days, and try to hit as many double workouts as I can to make up for the workouts I've missed since the beginning of the year.
My fridge is full of the right stuff!
