Day 56

Today I had:

1. Apple
2. Orange Juice
3. Graham Cracker
4. Cottage Cheese
5. Ramen Soup
6. Ham and Turkey sandwich on wheat w/lettuce
7. nonfat yogurt
8. vegitable pizza

Today I excersied: 2000 yards freestyle swimming! thats 40 laps!
