Day 19
1. Bagel Sandwich w/cheese, tomato, scrambled egg
2. turkey sandwich w/lettuce, tomato, mustard
3. fruit salad
4. chicken w/lemon, rice, and steamed vegitables
5. Carrots, Celery, Zuccinni, et al
6. lemonade
7. water
excersize: 11.5 miles
I may be off from my blogging until next week, but ill still try to keep track of what I eat. Here we go Monk!!
