Day 10

Today I was back on track:

1. 3 nutrigrain bars
2. 3 water crackers
3. spinich salad w/bleu cheese, mushrooms, carrots
4. 1 chicken breast
5. half a taco salad- rice, beans, chicken, lettuce, tomato, salsa, guacamole, a couple little bites of the taco shell
6. lots of water

excersize: 1250 meters of swimming - at 6:00am!!!@#!
